“The whole of Celebsville took a collective gasp when Heidi Montag from MTV reality show The Hills unveiled her surgically enhanced new look after 10 surgical procedures in one day. But Heidi’s inner circle are standing by her decision – friend and co-star Kristin Cavallari is fully supportive.
‘I think if she’s happy, it’s her body, she can do what she wants,’ she’s just told Now’s Style Editor Alison Tay in a call from LA. But Kristin won’t be tempted to follow Heidi’s footsteps down the plastic surgery route because she’s too scared.”.

| Cavallari Heats Up The Hills |

“Arriving perfectly on time at our shoot at new Hollywood hot spot East Restaurant & Lounge, Kristin Cavallari is nothing like her on-screen counterpart. No dramatic outbursts, no name calling, no diva moments, not even so much as a catty remark about her fellow Hills castmates (much to the disappointment of our interns).
Instead, she is upbeat , friendly, easy going, even bubbly at times during our Friday afternoon shoot. So where is the famous Kristin of the “Kristin vs LC” days back on Laguna Beach or the “Kristin vs Audrina” feud currently seen on MTV’s “reality” hit The Hills? We might be blowing her rep, but the truth is Cavallari is not a bitch; she just plays one on TV”.

Lauren Conrad wants Lo Bosworth in the “L.A. Candy” flick. Stephanie Pratt wants Queen Latifah to play her. And Kelly Cutrone would love to see either Cher or Jonathan Rhys Meyers on board playing her. So when it comes to Kristin Cavallari and Brody Jenner’s fictional selves, they have some A-list talent in mind.
“Oh lord! I don’t know if anyone can hold up to that,” Cavallari joked to MTV News. “It’s a tough job. I don’t know if we’re going off age. I mean … I don’t know. If we’re not going off age, I would say … I mean, I love Cameron Diaz.”

EW was lucky enough to be on the scene at MTV studios last night for the live finale of The Hills and The City. The big news of the night was that the network has greenlit new seasons of both series, set to air on MTV in 2010 (The Hills goes back into production in early January while The City begins filming this week).
The series’ respective stars, Kristin Cavallari and Whitney Port, chatted with EW about their decisions to continue letting cameras follow their lives. “I’ve had the best time—I really have,” says Cavallari. “I feel like I have the best job! Why not?!” The budding actress also says she’s no longer worried about being pegged as a reality TV star. “It’s like I’m in it now,” she admits. “I might as well keep going [laughs]!”
