Sacramento chiropractors are pretty popular in California because people here seem to really understand that not everything has to be helped with prescriptions or surgery. This was not something that I really understood until I moved here. I have become a healthier person overall since I have moved to this part of the country. I initially thought that chiropractic help was something that you would get once or twice and that would be it. However, I now go and get help every month from my chiropractor. I have learned that to keep a healthy body, you need to care for it on an ongoing basis.

I grew up on the east coast of our country, where a lot of the year is spent in a very cold climate. People do not spend a lot of time outdoors staying healthy with physical fitness there because of the constant cold weather. I would say that I bundled up in heavy winter clothing about 6 months out of every year when I lived there. Then, another 3 months of the year feels very much like autumn weather. After that, we had a very short summer season. It leaves little time to get outdoors for walking, running, swimming or a lot of other things that keep people fit and healthy. That changed for me when I move to California.

The weather is great all year round in my new state. There are very few cold days. I do not miss them at all. I get out and do things now every week. I really enjoy getting sunlight and taking care of myself by participating in sports and other things that go on here. I love waking up on a Saturday morning and seeing many of my neighbors outside walkng or running. I even take my kids and my dogs on many of my own runs.
